2. Description of Service

Unfurl provides a mobile application offering 5-minute stretching routines designed for desk workers. The Service includes personalized routines, progress tracking, and educational content about workplace wellness.

3. Early Access Purchase

By purchasing Early Access for $7, you agree to the following:

• You will receive 6 months of full access to Unfurl upon launch
• Access will be granted via the email address used during purchase
• Early Access is valid from the app launch date
• Payment is processed securely through Ko-fi

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or app launch (whichever is later). To request a refund, contact us at hello@unfurl.app with your purchase details.

• Unfurl provides general stretching guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms
• We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur from using our Service

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our content
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Unfurl (including but not limited to routines, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Unfurl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfurl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
